Shipping Domestic

Stocked items will be posted within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for made to order pieces. Please contact me if items are needed sooner. Special orders and commissions may take up to 4-6 weeks. All jewellery items are posted by Special Delivery. Cards, prints and decorations by First Class Recorded delivery

Shipping International

Stocked items will be posted within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for made to order pieces. Please contact me if items are needed sooner. Special orders and commissions may take up to 4-6 weeks. Jewellery and Prints are posted by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

Returns

Earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless found to be faulty, in which case a refund, replacement or repair may be offered.

The consumer has a right to return goods if they develop a fault within six months of receipt of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, they may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement. 

Other items which are are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirement.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in same condition. Unless the seller has stated otherwise, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage. 

A full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage will be made within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner.
