These tiny textured studs are made by melting down scrap silver and hammering into little nuggets which I then stamp a striped texture onto. These are available in a silver or oxidised silver finish. Other sizes and styles available; see images , search shop/studs. They look great teamed up with other studs and earrings too, if you want 2 or 3 different styles on one ear. I wear these tiny ones in the top of my ear.
