Trim your house and Christmas tree with your very own unique embossed hanging Christmas decorations made from metal foils and up-cycled cans.
Using templates to draw your design onto metal, you will be guided through the art of embossing to create a beautiful surface which catches the light. From stars, Christmas trees to birds and hearts, what will you choose? You should take home at least 2 decorations. The technique uses basic tools and equipment found at home, so you can continue to add to your collection.
There will be time to play with your own ideas which you can bring with you or play around and sketch out in the workshop. Please make them no larger than 10x10cm

Suitable for beginners aged 16 and above. 16+17 year olds should be accompanied by an adult.

All equipment and materials included. You may wish to bring an apron or overalls.

When booking more than one person, click add to cart for each person in the group.
Please wear sturdy shoes, no open toes. Long hair should be tied back. Please bring your own apron/overall if you wish, although this isn’t a messy workshop. Suitable for beginners.
You may wish to bring a pair of readers if you’re like me and struggle with close up work.
Nice nails might be damaged
Workshops are for a minimum of 8 people and maximum of 12.
If you are booking as an individual your date may be subject to change.
Cancellations made between 1 calendar month or more before the workshop: a new date can be arranged or you can send a substitute friend or full refund will be given.
Cancellations made between 1 month and 14 days before the workshop: A new date can be arranged or you can send a substitute friend or a 50% refund will be given.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of workshop: I will do my best to fill your spot. However if I am unable to do this I can offer another date but unfortunately I cannot offer a refund.
A full refund will be given if I can fill your space.
If I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of numbers, then another date will be arranged or full refund given.

The ‘A Touch of Yorkshire Craft’ venue has a flight of out door stairs. There is an honesty box for plentiful tea/coffee/biscuits etc. £1 each item
